Gardens of Green is a dual hop IPA series, tailoring recipe & process to best express each hop combination. The first in the new series combines Simcoe & Citra where Simcoe’s notoriously piney and dank aromas are combined with Citra’s characteristic citrus aromatics. 6.2% ABV
6.7% run with the fruity, citrusy and highly aromatic hops for this potent, dank & bitter IPA. Nelson Sauvin, Waimea and Taiheke are the perfect trio of kiwi hops to bring balance with citrus and pine. Rakau finishes this one off with notes of a whole orchard to tackle your taste buds into submission.

A 2021 harvest/wet hop west coast IPA. This version is single hopped with Simcoe, so expect dank pine and grapefruit atop a rasping bitterness. We loaded the whirlpool with harvest-fresh Simcoe whole cones. Expect this to add a beautiful ‘green’ flavour. 6%
